Hi, I’m Anna Comerford and I’m passionate about living with health, energy & a lifestyle that allows us all to grow, learn, expand and love.
Over 35 years ago, in my early 20s, I experienced bad habits, challenges & pain. I spent many years learning and healing myself. I continue to learn, grow and embrace life.
